Dr. Stephen Foley MD

Dr. Stephen Foley is an Obstetrician-Gynecologist and is affiliated with multiple hospitals on Oahu, including Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children and Queen’s Medical Center Punchbowl. Obstetricians-gynecologists (OB-GYNs) specialize in the woman’s reproductive tract, pregnancy and childbirth. He has two office locations, Queens POB 2 in Honolulu and in the heart of Mililani at Mililani Town Center.
Dr Foley received his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. He performed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Hawaii. Dr Foley has been in practice for 20+ years.
With a special interest in women’s reproductive health, he is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, whose mission is to define standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health.
The primary goal and commitment of Dr Stephen Foley and his team at Foley OB & Aesthetics is to provide a high level of quality care and provide professionalism, confidentiality, and safety to our patients and their families.

Natalie Robinson ,MSN, APRN, FNP-C

“Natalie is our board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who is also certified in advanced medical aesthetics. Natalie was born and raised in Germany and initially moved to Oahu in 2013 and again in 2021. Besides being a proud active duty military spouse, Natalie is also a mother of two sons.
She has worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2010 and has obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in 2018. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner(FNP) and has a variety of clinical experience ranging from inpatient care, critical care to primary and urgent care. Alongside to Dr. Foley, she provides gynecological, obstetric and reproductive healthcare for women of all ages at Foley OB & Aesthetics. She strives to help women and their babies to achieve optimal health outcomes by delivering evidence-based care in a safe and welcoming atmosphere that is characterized by cultural humility. With the foundation of her clinical experience and knowledge, Natalie enjoys delivering patient education to nurture patient’s trust, to allow them to be a part of their treatment plan and to increase patient satisfaction with their individualized care.
Natalie always shared a passion for medical aesthetics which makes her an assest to Foley OB & Aesthetics. She believes in the power of state of art of aesthetic advancements. She is passionate about guiding her patients to achieve a natural look to accentuate her clients natural beauty by offering aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling and many more.”

Jessica Lariego ,MSN, APRN,

“Jessica is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and the newest addition to our team. She recently graduated in May of 2023 as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) from Regis College in Boston. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2018. She was born and raised on the island of Oahu, right here in Mililani.

She has experience as a registered nurse (RN) in pediatrics and has worked with adolescent females in a mental health care facility. She is excited to work in the field of women’s health and recently became certified in medical aesthetics. She hopes to be an asset to the Foley OB & Aesthetics team.

She recently had her first child and is delighted to use her new knowledge and personal experiences to provide care for moms and their babies. Being an island girl, Jessica aspires to provide culturally competent, patient-centered care.”
